Five thousand years ago the most momentous revolution in human history began. The first civilization emerged in Mesopotamia, to be followed in Egypt, India, China and the Americans. The ideals of these ancient civilizations still shape the lives of the majority of mankind, even today. Do we agree that almost five thousand years after we still shaping our lives and haven’t found the true sense of legacy…….. Michael Wood ( In search of the first civilizations)

Comparing.
Sometimes what is important for me is not important to many others. Reading Andrew Sullivan’s blog and avoiding any annoying comment on my Facebook stream seems to be the perfect Tuesday Night. I just wonder what is more important, a guy writing about media culture or a restless friend mentioning his unfaithful girlfriend. In either way, comparing is not an answer and definitively a waste of time.

What is important now is to decide the exactly day for my journey to Barcelona, delayed by my possible new work contract on April.

Curiously I haven’t got a topic for my blog today but for sure something will come up the next hour.

Elton John.

Thinking about a 140 characters Journal, just like twitter. Not ready for bed yet so I decided to read about music history and surprisingly found that Elton John was born today. Actually as a musician and future journalist I should had known this, but Ignorance is the night of the mind, a night without moon or star like today. Anyway,  Mr Reginald Kenneth Dwight sets the record for the most performances at New York’s Madison Square Garden when he performs there for the 60th time – on his 60th birthday, honestly I don’t know what’s going to happen this week in New York where he is planning his birthday concert at MSG again …. new record?? Well maybe. A phone call for a job interview tomorrow is the highlight for today.

A long nap from 5:30 pm yesterday is keeping me awake now. Not much to say today. Exited about my new contract as will give me enough time to work on my blog and a new music project. I think is pretty much everything for yesterday. :)

Covent Garden is crowded today. Not sure What I’m doing at Starbucks, maybe drinking a coffee or just thinking about nothing …. yes nothing.  The heart of London does not seem to be really cosmopolitan. More to share and think but before I go: Take time and drink your coffee …. Take time to deliberate; but when the time for action arrives, stop thinking and go in. “Napoleon”
